There is a $450 minimum of beauty services for all Saturday - Sunday weddings, as well as Holidays bookings. This does not include trial appointment. Minimum booking fee is inclusive of the fees for services only and does not include travel, parking, touch-ups and/or gratuity.
Payment due NO LATER than one week prior of the wedding day. Only exception will be payment in cash, collected the day of wedding prior to artists starting services. No services will not begin until full invoice is paid. Any day of 'upgrades' and 'add on' services need to be paid immediately before the service begins.
All trial fees, deposits and final payments are non-refundable and all payments are due as agreed upon. If date of the wedding has changed, all deposits and final payments are non-refundable and will be applied when re-booked if we have the date and stylists available.
SECURING YOUR DATE
$200 retainer is required to reserve the wedding date. This is non refundable. The wedding date will not be held until deposit is paid and the signed contract received. Your retainer will be deducted from wedding day balance. At a minimum, the retainer fee fairly compensates Artist(s) for committing to provide the services and turning down other potential projects/clients.
BRIDAL PREVIEW SCHEDULING
Bridal previews are only booked Mondays – Thursdays. Fridays – Sundays are reserved for weddings. You may request a soft hold for any weekends dates that may be available at last minute.
Additional artist may request for optimal timing. *Due to the new AB5 law now in effect in the state of California. All additional artists will be paid directly from the bride, as stated on the final invoice due.
All parking is to be paid by client for each artist booked for services. Valet or up front self parking at the location of services. Please ask venue/location about vendor rates, discounts or waived parking fees. Artists arrive with multiple kit gear, chairs and lighting.
30 miles from 92131 zip code is complimentary, $1.00 per mile one way will apply after first 30 miles.
Additional $100 (per hour) if needed to change location for makeup and hair services after services have begun. Example: Changing location from a home or hotel to a venue for the use of the bridal suite. Please take in mind that the packing and unpacking of our kits with the drive time and can be tedious, time consuming and will cut into the time needed for the services requested.
